Abstract
Health state of workers in hazardous conditions of copper melting enterprise depends on wide spectrum of somatic occupationally conditioned diseases. Economic damage from workers' health disorders due only to cardiovascular diseases can be considerable. To reduce this damage, hygienic measures are necessary to improve work conditions, to preserve occupational fitness of the workers, other measures to diminish controllable factors of vascular risk and to prevent occupationally conditioned cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract
Economic evaluation of workers' health disorders risk could include cost equivalent not of health itself, but a prevented risk for worker's health. The authors evaluated a potential underproduced output during disablement period and changes of tax proceeds (except gross domestic product losses). This approach was tested in evaluating risk for health of workers engaged into underground mining on potassium salts extraction enterprise. Mathematic models of unfavorable effects development enabled to follow dynamics of these effects and forecast possible development of diseases in the studied workers group.

Abstract
State of ambient air in resident area in Norilsk city, on background of considerable and persistently high releases of chemical pollutants by major metallurgic industrial enterprises, forms risks for public health - that is supported by highly prevalent diseases of affected organs and systems in the city residents. Preserving sanitary epidemiologic well-being of this territory requires specification and implementation of hygienic, organizational, social measures to protect population dwelling in unfavorable regions.

Abstract
The article covers experience of biologic rehabilitation through correction of algocenosis (algolization) of drinkable water basins in Nizhny Tagil industrial complex. Biologic rehabilitation of Chernoistochnik and Verhne-Vyisky drinkable water basins in 2011-2012 considerably improved water quality in ecologic hydrochemical and hydrobiologic parameters - that was proved by absent water contamination with blue-green algae, lower saprobiont index. Results also are significant lower concentration of pollutants - heavy metals (ferrum, manganese, copper), oil products, decreased odor and and better water quality in hydrochemical parameters to second class according to water pollution index.

Abstract
The article covers topic of sanitary protection zones, from a viewpoint of decided ecologic solutions and economic content, and approach to calculation of the most optimal correlation between them.

Abstract
The article covers disclosure of fuctional and clinical, laboratory markers of health disorders among workers engaged in major occupations of copper processing enterprise. These markers are used for early diagnosis and prevention of respiratory diseases.

Abstract
Studies covered 38 males in laboratory and 81 males in industrial conditions of 13 metallurgic enterprises and revealed some reliable phenomena caused by dry voluntary apnea of 10-60 seconds. At muscular rest and during physical exertion, evidences are that voluntary apnea forms transitory hypercapnic portion of blood in pulmonary arterial flow. First finding is that this portion in other blood behaves as an anabolic wave carrying increased concentration of low-molecular CO2 material and releasing additional (wave, according to authors) O2 from its depot in the body. This oxygen, in conditions of increased blood pressure due to apnea, is used for synthesis of additional ATP. These phenomena characterize formation and development a new beneficial physiologic system in workers - a functional system of motivation to healthy lifestyle.

Abstract
The authors considered topics of occupational and general comorbidity of occupational lumbosacral radiculopathy in coal miners (2791 examinees) observed over 1976-2014 in occupational center. In patients having lumbosacral radiculopathy without occupational mixed diseases, the occupational disease was diagnosed at the age 3-5 years younger, and 2-4 years earlier from primary visit. Analysis of occurrence of general comorbid conditions with lumbosacral radiculopathy revealed some regularities: patients manifested with symptoms due to vibration have more frequent arterial hypertension than in those with lumbalgia, whereas in risk group of hearing affected by noise IHD was more possible.

Abstract
The purpose of development of this clinical practice guidelines was to provide evidence-based protocols that help the practitioner and the patient make the right decision for the health assessment, treatment and prevention of pneumoconiosis. Pneumoconiosis is the interstitial lung disease of occupational origin caused by prolonged inhalation of inorganic dust, characterized by chronic diffuse aseptic inflammation in lung tissue with the development of pulmonary fibrosis. Currently, there are no treatment that provide a cure pulmonary fibrosis and changes in the dynamics of decline in lung function. Regular, individually tailored treatment should be directed to the pathogenic mechanisms and some clinical symptoms of pneumoconiosis, as well as the prevention of complications. To enhance the effect of pharmacotherapy is recommended to use non-drug therapies that enhance the functionality of the respiratory system.
