Psychophysiological status of women-teachers of the higher education institution of the pension age

Abstract

The psycho-emotional status of women teachers of retirement age working in the theoretical departments of the medical university has been studied. It is shown that at the end of the school year, women maintain a good level of efficiency with no signs of fatigue. At the same time, a low level of stress tolerance in combination with a high level of personal and reactive anxiety was revealed.
