Изучен психоэмоциональный статус женщин-преподавателей пенсионного возраста, работающих на теоретических кафедрах медицинского университета. Показано, что в конце учебного года женщины сохраняют хороший уровень работоспособности при отсутствии признаков утомления. При этом выявлен низкий уровень стрессоустойчивости в сочетании с высоким уровнем личностной и реактивной тревожности.
The psycho-emotional status of women teachers of retirement age working in the theoretical departments of the medical university has been studied. It is shown that at the end of the school year, women maintain a good level of efficiency with no signs of fatigue. At the same time, a low level of stress tolerance in combination with a high level of personal and reactive anxiety was revealed.
