Total broncho-alveolar lavage in respiratory diseases among coal mining workers
Abstract
To prevent progressive lung ventilation disorders, to lower inflammatory activity in respiratory diseases, to prevent pneumoconiosis in coal miners, total broncho-alveolar lavage was included into therapeutic and prophylactic measures system. Results are reduction of lung ventilation disorders progression over 5-year observation, lower intensity of tracheobronchial inflammation in miners with chronic respiratory diseases.
