Abstract
The presence of unfavorable variants of the MMP-1 G1 gene in 47% and G2 in 15% of patients with occupational diseases of the bronchopulmonary system was shown. In patients with occupational chronic bronchitis revealed the presence of hypersecretory variant of the gene MMP-1 in 87% (x2=5,32, р=0,021). The combination of unfavorable variants of genes MMP-1 and a1-at leads to a more severe course of occupational bronchopulmonary pathology.
