Organization of endocrinologic care for Internal Affairs officers, with description of clinical observation of II type autoimmune polyglandular syndrome

Abstract

The article covers organization of stationary medical care and structure of endocrinologic disorders among Internal Affairs officers. The authors presented clinical observation of II type autoimmune polyglandular syndrome manifesting in Graves' disease with endocrine ophthalmopathy and subsequent development of primary hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency.
