Крысам парентерально вводили наночастицы серебра, инкапсулиованные в полимерную матрицу арабиногалактана в дозе 100 и 500 мкг серебра на килограмм массы тела животного. Исследовали экспрессии двух белков участвующих в процессе апоптоза, по митохондриальному типу активации - сaspase-3 и белок bcl-2, В динамике эксперимента в обследованных группах отмечается выраженный дозо - зависимый эффект экспрессии белка bcl- 2 и увеличение числа caspase-3-эксперссированных и не экспрессированых гиперхромных клеток при воздействии аргентумарабиногалактана, что свидетельствует о нарушениях структуры клетки и развитии процесса апоптоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents results on experimental modelling an influence of silver nanoparticles incorporated into natural polymer arabinogalactane matrix on brain tissue of white outbred rats. The rats underwent parenteral injection of silver nanoparticles incorporated into polymer arabinogalactane matrix (dosage of 100 and 500 micrograms of silver per kg of the animal weight). The studies covered expression of 2 proteins participating in apoptosis process, in mitochondrial activation type - сaspase-3 and protein bcl-2.
