Доказано, что воздействие исследуемого вещества вызывает структурные и функциональные изменения нервной ткани. Сопоставление результатов морфоструктурного исследования нервной ткани с данными экспрессии белков caspase-3 и bcl-2 позволяет сделать заключение о способности наносеребра, инкапсулированного в полимерную матрицу, проникая через гематоэнцефалический барьер, индуцировать в нейронах коры головного мозга запуск апоптотического каскада.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents results of histologic and immunohistochemical examination of nerve tissue of outbred white rats subjected over 9 days to nanobiocomposite containing nanoparticles of silver and natural biopolymer arabinogalactane. Exposure to the studied chemical was proved to cause structural and functional changes in nervous tissue.
