Рассмотрены новые технологии получения металлсодержащей нанопродукции; рекомендованы меры защиты здоровья работников, методы и приборы контроля наноаэрозоля в воздухе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents results of studies concerning influence of high-dispersed aerosol formed in traditional plasma processes on operators' health.
