Проанализированы современные (2000–2025 гг.) рецензируемые публикации из международных (PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus) и российских (eLibrary, РИНЦ) научных баз данных, посвящённые влиянию профессиональных рисков на репродуктивное здоровье работниц. С применением строгих критериев включения/исключения были отобраны оригинальные исследования, систематические обзоры и мета-анализы, содержащие количественные оценки риска. Для анализа использовались стандартизированные эпидемиологические показатели: отношение шансов (OR), относительный риск (RR) и этиологическая доля (EF). Modern (2000–2025) peer-reviewed publications from international (PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus) and Russian (eLibrary, RSCI) scientific databases on the impact of occupational risks on the reproductive health of female workers are analyzed.</p><p>The authors selected original studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses containing quantitative risk assessments using strict inclusion/exclusion criteria. For the analysis, they used standardized epidemiological indicators: odds ratio (OR), relative risk (RR) and etiological proportion (EF).
