Впервые выполнен сравнительный анализ условий труда и заболеваемости работающих при внедрении принципов бережливого производства на предприятии транспортного машиностроения. Поэтапная реализация с 2010 г. принципов бережливого производства в части охраны труда позволила снизить долю рабочих мест с классом 3.4 вредности и опасности с 13,4% до 1,9%, с классом 3.3 - с 47,3% до 20,6%, что сопровождалось достоверным снижением показателей заболеваемости с временной утратой трудоспособности и профессиональной заболеваемости. Внедрение производственных систем, основанных на концепции бережливого производства, способствует эффективному решению задач по обеспечению безопасных условий труда на производстве и, в конечном итоге, снижению заболеваемости работающих на предприятии.
The authors first performed comparative analysis of work conditions and workers' morbidity in implementation of economical production principles on transport machinery construction enterpirse. Since 2010 phased implementation of economical production principles in work safety enabled to decrease a share of 3.4 jeopardy class workplaces from 13.4% to 1.9%, that of 3.3 jeopardy class - from 47.3% to 20.6%, that was associated with reliable decrease in transitory disablement morbidity and occupational morbidity. Implementation of industrial systems based on economical production principle results in effective solving problems of safe work conditions in industry and eventually in lower morbidity of workers in the enterprise.
