В связи с необходимостью раннего выявления данной патологии предложено большое количество диагностических тестов, но направленных, прежде всего, на диагностику изменений периферической сосудистой и нервной системы.</p><p>Представлены результаты обзора современных методов исследований, посвящённых диагностике изменений скелетно-мышечной системы, остеоартроза, поражений периартикулярных тканей, поражений периферических нервов у  контингента, подверженного воздействию вибрации, и пациентов с вибрационной болезнью. В связи с полиморфной клинической картиной заболевания в настоящее время остаются диагностические ситуации, при которых существующие методики не позволяют установить достоверный диагноз или провести дифференциальную диагностику. Особое внимание уделено современным возможностям ультразвукового исследования суставов, околосуставных тканей и периферических нервов в диагностике проявлений вибрационной болезни.</p><p>Введение в диагностическую практику ультразвукового метода исследования позволит повысить качество диагностики остеартрозов, периартрозов, туннельных нейропатий с последующим своевременным выбором лечебной и профилактической тактики, что сыграет важную роль в сохранении здоровья тех работников, чья профессиональная деятельность связана с повышенным уровнем вибрации.</p><sec><title>Финансирование</title><p>Финансирование. Автор заявляет об отсутствии конфликта интересов.</p></sec><sec><title>Дата поступления</title><p>Дата поступления: 20.05.2024 / Дата принятия к печати: 24.06.2024 / Дата публикации: 31.07.2024</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article tells about the problem of diagnosing vibration disease as a chronic occupational disease affecting the peripheral vascular, nervous and musculoskeletal systems as a result of prolonged exposure to industrial vibration. Due to the need for early detection of this pathology, the author proposed a large number of diagnostic tests aimed primarily at diagnosing changes in peripheral vessels and the nervous system.</p><p>There are results of a review of modern research methods devoted to the diagnosis of changes in the musculoskeletal system, osteoarthritis, lesions of periarticular tissues, lesions of peripheral nerves in patients exposed to vibration and patients with vibration disease. Due to the polymorphic clinical picture of the disease, there are currently diagnostic situations in which existing methods do not allow for a reliable diagnosis or differential diagnosis. Special attention is paid to the modern possibilities of ultrasound examination of joints, periarticular tissues and peripheral nerves in the diagnosis of manifestations of vibration disease.</p><p>The introduction of an ultrasound examination method into diagnostic practice will improve the quality of diagnosis of ostearthritis, periarthritis, tunnel neuropathies, followed by a timely choice of therapeutic and preventive tactics, which will play an important role in maintaining the health of those workers whose professional activities are associated with an increased level of vibration.</p><sec><title>Funding</title><p>Funding.
