Основной причиной низкой продолжительности жизни населения и ухудшения демографической ситуации в Российской Федерации является высокая смертность работников трудоспособного возраста. Одним из значимых направлений в проблеме обеспечения сохранения здоровья работающих является обеспечение сохранения трудового долголетия.

Цель исследования — изучение особенностей трудовой деятельности в ежедневном цикле в течение недели и функционального состояния работников управленческого аппарата промышленных предприятий в зависимости от возрастных характеристик, для разработки мероприятий по профилактике развития неблагоприятных функциональных состояний, производственно обусловленной патологии.

Объектом исследования являются работники нервно-эмоционального умственного труда, включая 140 работников управленческого аппарата двух телевизионных предприятий, мужчин, в возрасте от 20 до 65 лет, со стажем работы на руководящей должности от 3 до 20 лет. Физиологические исследования включали оценку функционального состояния центральной нервной (ЦНС) и сердечно-сосудистой системы общепринятыми методами.

Представлено научное обоснование проблемы обеспечения профессиональной работоспособности в зависимости от половозрастных характеристик, которые базируется на недостаточно выявленных физиологических особенностях формирования усталости, утомления, развития перенапряжения функциональных систем организма работников при современных формах труда, для прогнозирования, возможных изменений в состоянии здоровья работников в целях продления трудового долголетия.

В результате анализа данных изменения функционального состояния работников установлено: значительное распространение артериальной гипертензии в группах 30–39 и 40–49 лет, низкая представленность «слабого» типа нервной системы и высокий уровень диастолического давления у лиц с артериальной гипертензией, с «сильным» типом нервной системы, склонность к ригидности аффекта в группе работников с артериальной гипертензией.

Ограничения исследования

Ограничения исследования. Существуют количественные ограничения, связанные с объёмом проведённого анкетного опроса.

Этика. Все исследования проведены в соответствии с принципами биомедицинской этики и одобрены локальным этическим комитетом ФГБНУ «НИИ МТ» г. Москва (протокол № 4 от 14.04.2021г.). Каждый участник исследования представил добровольное письменное информированное согласие, подписанное им после разъяснения ему потенциальных рисков и преимуществ, а также характера предстоящего исследования.

The main reason for the low life expectancy of the population and the deterioration of the demographic situation in the Russian Federation is the high mortality of  employees of working age. One of the significant directions in the problem of ensuring the preservation of the health of workers is to ensure the preservation of labor longevity.

The study aims to analyze the features of labor activity in a daily cycle during the week and the functional state of employees of the management staff of industrial enterprises, depending on age characteristics, to develop measures to prevent the development of unfavorable functional conditions, occupational pathology.

The object of the study are employees of neuropsychiatric mental labor, including 140 employees of the management staff at the two television enterprises, men aged 25 to 65±1.15 years, with work experience in a managerial position from 3 to 20±0.99 years. Physiological studies included assessment of the functional state of the central nervous system (CNS) and the cardiovascular system by conventional methods.

Scientists presented a scientific justification of the problem of ensuring professional performance depending on gender and age characteristics, which are based on insufficiently identified physiological features of the formation of fatigue, fatigue, the development of overstrain of the functional systems of the body of workers in modern forms of labor, to predict possible changes in the health of workers in order to prolong working longevity.

As a result of the analysis of data on changes in the functional state of workers, we found: a significant spread of arterial hypertension in the groups of 30–39 and 40–49 years, low representation of the "weak" type of nervous system and high diastolic pressure in people with arterial hypertension, with a "strong" type of nervous system, a tendency to affect rigidity in the group of employees with arterial hypertension.

Limitations

Limitations. There are quantitative restrictions related to the volume of the questionnaire survey.

Ethics

Ethics. All studies were conducted in accordance with the principles of biomedical ethics and approved by the Local Ethics Committee of Izmerov Research Institute of Occupational Health, Moscow (Protocol No. 4 of 04/14/2021). Informed consent. Each participant of the study submitted a voluntary written informed consent signed by him after explaining to him the potential risks and benefits, as well as the nature of the upcoming study.
