Высокая значимость сохранения и укрепления здоровья курсантов на этапе освоения ими профессии обусловлена негативным влиянием факторов производственной среды во время профессионального обучения, приводящим к росту хронических заболеваний и функциональных отклонений у курсантов. Ведущая роль в решении этой проблемы принадлежит профилактическим мерам, реализуемым в современных условиях прогрессивного развития вооружения, военной и специальной техники.</p><p>Цель исследования — научная разработка и обоснование дополнительных профилактических мероприятий, направленных на предотвращение негативных изменений здоровья курсантов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. При разработке и обосновании дополнительных гигиенических (профилактических) мероприятий, направленных на предотвращение негативных изменений здоровья курсантов, использовался комплекс гигиенических методов исследования с оценкой соответствия их гигиеническим нормативам, рисков развития побочных эффектов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проведённое исследование позволило определить факторы, негативно влияющие на здоровье курсантов в процессе обучения, разработать и обосновать дополнительные профилактические мероприятия, направленные на предотвращение негативных изменений здоровья курсантов и включить их в действующую систему военного вуза, совершенствовать систему работы командира по обеспечению безопасности военной службы и обосновать дополнительные профилактические мероприятия по сохранению и укреплению здоровья курсантов в условиях повседневной деятельности.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Реализация разработанных дополнительных профилактических мероприятий совместно с мероприятиями общей профилактической направленности, способствовали повышению трудоспособности, снижению показателей заболеваемости и количества уволенных курсантов вуза (военнослужащих контрактной службы) по состоянию здоровья из Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации, что значительно снижает суммы ущерба государству.</p></sec><sec><title>Участие авторов</title><p>Участие авторов:Климов В.В. — концепция и дизайн исследования, сбор и обработка данных, написание текста;Новикова И.И. — концепция и дизайн исследования, редактирование;Савченко О.А. — сбор и обработка данных, написание текста.</p></sec><sec><title>Этика</title><p>Этика. The high importance of preserving and strengthening the health of cadets at the stage of mastering their profession is due to the negative influence of factors of the production environment during vocational training, leading to an increase in chronic diseases and functional abnormalities in cadets. The leading role in solving this problem belongs to preventive measures implemented in modern conditions of progressive development of weapons, military and special equipment.</p><p>The study aims are scientific development and justification of additional preventive measures aimed at preventing negative changes in the health of cadets.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. When developing and justifying additional hygienic (preventive) measures aimed at preventing negative changes in the health of cadets, we have used a set of hygienic research methods to assess their compliance with hygienic standards, the risks of side effects.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The conducted research made it possible to identify factors that negatively affect the health of cadets during training, to develop and justify additional preventive measures aimed at preventing negative changes in the health of cadets. Also, to include them in the current system of a military university, to improve the commander's system of work to ensure the safety of military personnel and to justify additional preventive measures to preserve and strengthen the health of cadets in the conditions of daily activities.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The implementation of the developed additional preventive measures together with general preventive measures contributed to an increase in working capacity, a decrease in morbidity rates and the number of dismissed university cadets (contract service servicemen) for health reasons from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which significantly reduces the amount of damage to the state.</p></sec><sec><title>Contribution</title><p>Contribution:Klimov V.V. — research concept and design, data collection and processing, writing the text;Novikova I.I. — research concept and design, editing;Savchenko O.A. — data collection and processing, writing the text.</p></sec><sec><title>Ethics</title><p>Ethics.
