Дан анализ бремени профессиональных заболеваний органов дыхания (бронхиальной астмы, ХОБЛ, рака лёгких, пневмокониозов, гиперчувствительного пневмонита). В связи со значительным социально-экономическим ущербом вследствие профессиональных заболеваний органов дыхания обращено внимание на необходимость повышения эффективности профилактических мероприятий в области охраны респираторного здоровья работников вредных (опасных) производств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the basic concepts of the burden of occupational diseases, the modern concept of burden assessment is considered. The burden of occupational respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma, COPD, lung cancer, pneumoconiosis, hypersensitive pneumonitis) is analyzed.
