Рассмотрены основные документы Правительства РФ в отношении мер поддержки медработников, работающих с пациентами с наличием или с подозрением на COVID-19. Изучены некоторые вопросы распространения данной болезни с учетом звена «пациент - медработник». Выделены особенности инфекции COVID-19, клинические проявления и осложнения, которые касаются её расшифровки как профессионального заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper contains a literature review on COVID-19 in health care workers and demonstrates that the disease is of occupational character; features, clinical signs, and complications are described to provide evidence for such interpretation.
