Введение. В связи с возросшей психоэмоциональной нагрузкой, появлением новых источников химического, физического и микробиологического воздействия на здоровье медицинских работников, изучение заболеваемости данной категории работников приобретает все большую значимость.

Цель исследования - изучение социально-гигиенических вопросов, связанных с оценкой условий труда и состояния здоровья медицинских работников в Самарской области.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Ретроспективный анализ результатов медико-социального мониторинга условий труда, состояния здоровья и профессиональной заболеваемости медицинских работников в Самарской области.

Результаты

Результаты. На основании анализа данных санитарно-эпидемиологической службы и Министерства здравоохранения Самарской области о демографической и социально-экономической ситуациях, заболеваемости, особенностях труда медицинских работников г.о. Самара, проведена социально-гигиеническая оценка условий труда медицинских работников на региональном уровне. Показана высокая информативная значимость медико-демографических показателей в отношении оценки влияния факторов производственной среды на здоровье работников здравоохранения и социальных услуг. Установлено, что в медицинских организациях в основном не выполняются требования действующего санитарного законодательства в части обеспечения безопасных условий труда для работников, контактирующих с канцерогеноопасными веществами.

Заключение

Заключение. Изучение демографической, социально-экономической ситуации, заболеваемости медицинских работников с проведенной гигиенической оценкой риска здоровью являются приоритетными и служат основой для сравнительного анализа их заболеваемости и материалом для комплексных гигиенических исследований.

Introduction

Introduction. Due to the increased psychoemotional load, the emergence of new sources of chemical, physical and microbiological effects on the health of medical workers, the study of the incidence of this category of workers is becoming increasingly important.

The aim of study is to study social and hygienic issues related to the assessment of working conditions and health status of medical workers in the Samara Region. Materials and methods. Retrospective analysis of the results of medical and social monitoring of working conditions, health status and occupational morbidity of medical workers in the Samara Region.

Results

Results. Based on the analysis of data from the sanitary and epidemiological service and the Ministry of Health of the Samara Region on demographic and socio-economic situations, morbidity, and labor characteristics of medical workers in the Samara Region, a socio-hygienic assessment of working conditions of medical workers at the regional level was carried out. The high informative value of medical and demographic indicators in relation to the assessment of the impact of factors of the production environment on the health of health care workers and social services is shown. It is established that medical organizations generally do not meet the requirements of the current sanitary legislation in terms of ensuring safe working conditions for employees who come into contact with carcinogenic substances.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The study of the demographic, socio-economic situation, and morbidity of medical workers with a hygienic assessment of health risk is a priority and serves as the basis for a comparative analysis of their morbidity and material for comprehensive hygiene studies.
