Требования к подобным средствам регламентируются системой стандартов безопасности труда.</p><p>Целью работы является анализ новых требований, предъявляемых к средствам индивидуальной защиты от электрических полей промышленной частоты и наведенного напряжения в регламентирующих межгосударственных стандартах ГОСТ 12.4.172 и ГОСТ 12.4.283.</p><p>Показано обоснование новых требований к средствам индивидуальной защиты при различных видах работ для обеспечения сохранения здоровья электротехнического персонала при обслуживании и эксплуатации электросетевых объектов.</p><p>Повышение требований для средств индивидуальной защиты улучшает защиту персонала как на потенциале земли, так и на потенциале провода, в т. ч. в аварийных ситуациях при возникновении наведенного и шагового напряжения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In conditions of exceeding the maximum permissible levels of power frequency electric field, the staff must use personal protective equipment. Requirements for such means are regulated by the system of occupational safety standards.</p><p>The goal of this work is analyzed new requirements for power frequency and induced personal protective equipment in the regulatory interstate standards GOST 12.4.172 and GOST 12.4.283.</p><p>The personal protective equipment new requirements for various types of work are substantiated to electrical personnel health safety during the maintenance and operation of power grid facilities.</p><p>Increasing requirements for personal protective equipment improves the staff protection at ground potential and at wire potential, including in emergency situations such as induced and step voltage.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>электрическое поле промышленной частоты</kwd><kwd>наведенное напряжение</kwd><kwd>средство индивидуальной защиты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>power frequency electric field</kwd><kwd>induced current</kwd><kwd>personal protective equipment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">ГОСТ 12.4.172-2014.
