<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The occurrence of psychological problems in space flight can have a negative impact on the physiological reactions of the cosmonaut's body. Psychological testing of experimental participants and determination of serum concentrations of cortisol, aldosterone, somatotropic hormone, total testosterone and prolactin were performed.</p>
<title>Results</title><p>Results. All participants in the "SIRIUS 18/19" experiment showed symptoms of stress. Despite the relatively stable hormonal background in women during isolation, they were more likely to experience psychological discomfort. Their personal adaptive potential decreased significantly more than in men.</p>
<title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
