При изучении динамики спирометрии у пациентов с хроническим простым бронхитом профессиональной этиологии в постконтактном периоде за 10 лет установлено, что у 34,1% из 158 наблюдаемых пациентов (не зависимо от фактора курения) была диагностирована хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких.
The aim of the study was to analyze the trends of spirometry changes in occupational chronic bronchitis patients during the period of 10 years. It was found out that in 34,1% of 158 patients had transformed into chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, regardless of the history of smoking.
