Обследовано 130 лиц: основная группа - 90 человек, работники завода по переработке свинцовых аккумуляторов, группа сравнения - 40 рабочих вне контакта со свинцом. Выявлено преобладание хронической обструктивной болезни легких и гипертонической болезни, а также комбинированное воздействие свинца как фактора риска развития сердечно-сосудистой и легочной патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The work assessed the impact of lead as a trigger to develop cardiovascular and respiratory pathology. Total examinations of 130 workers of the plant for processing lead batteries were carried out. Chronic obstructive lung disease and arterial hypertension have been found to be the major abnormal states.
