Организация работы с центром профпатологии Минздрава России позволила снизить количество судебных исков, негативный настрой работников. На наш взгляд, считаем, что при поведении заочных экспертиз связи заболевания с профессией необходимо включить в экспертный совет окружных профпатологов.

The arrangement of work with the industrial pathology center of the Ministry of Health of the RF allowed to decrease the legal claims’ quantity and the adverse attitudes of the workers. We conceive that the carrying out of the extramural inspection of the disease’ connection with professional activity must be included into the expert board of the district industrial pathology specialists.
