Обследованы 189 мужчин, проходящих медицинский осмотр, с проведением объемной сфигмографии. Сердечно-лодыжечный сосудистый индекс, отражающий жесткость сосудистой стенки, превысил норму у 37,5% обследованных, а у 14,3% - расчетный возраст превысил хронологический на 4 года и более.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vascular stiffness in persons of working age was studied by volumetric sphygmography. 189 men undergoing medical examination with volumetric sphygmography were examined. The cardiovascular index, reflecting the stiffness of the vascular wall, exceeded the norm in 37.5% of the examined, and in 14.3% - the estimated age exceeded the chronological age by 4 years or more.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>жесткость сосудов</kwd><kwd>объемная сфигмография</kwd><kwd>сосудистый возраст</kwd><kwd>vascular stiffness</kwd><kwd>body sphygmography</kwd><kwd>vascular age</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
