Рассмотрена эффективность медицинских осмотров в выявлении профессиональных заболеваний среди медицинских работников Северо-Западного федерального округа РФ, указаны основные возможные причины неадекватно низкой официальной регистрации профпатологии в указанной группе трудящихся.

The effectiveness of medical examinations in the identification of occupational diseases among medical workers of the NorthWest Federal District of the Russian Federation is considered, the main possible causes of inadequately low official registration of occupational pathology in this group of workers are indicated.
