В статье представлено изучение связи напряженности труда и показателей сердечно-сосудистой системы. Проведена оценка сенсорных нагрузок и суточное мониторирование артериального давления пилотов гражданской авиации при выполнении тренировочного полета на тренажере. Выявлено, что увеличение количества зрительных и слуховых сигналов на разных этапах полета приводит повышению артериального давления.
The study of the link between the work intensity and indicators of the cardiovascular system is presented. The assessment of sensory loads and daily monitoring of the arterial pressure of civil aviation pilots during a training flight at the training complex were carried out. The increase in the number of sensory signals at different stages of flight leads to an increase in arterial pressure.
