Доказана эффективность тренинговой программы по профилактике выгорания и формирования стрессоустойчивости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Psychodiagnostics of indicators of the emotional sphere of 28 managers revealed a «floating» profile of personal and individual traits, «unhealthy» models of overcoming stressful situations, the presence of professional burnout.
