Поиск электронной литературы проведен по базам данных Medline, CINAHL и Embase.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of mainly foreign publications devoted to the leading risk factors affecting the ability to work, the possibility of using the screening method of assessing performance using the questionnaire “index of ability to work” to obtain objective data, on the basis of which it is possible to develop preventive measures aimed at maintaining the most qualified, trained workers, extending their stay in the profession.
