Часть населения, работающая на канцерогеноопасных предприятиях, подвергается двойному воздействию канцерогенов (в производственных и бытовых условиях), однако исследований по оценке суммарной ингаляционной экспозиции практически не проводится.</p><p>Цель исследования — гигиеническая оценка вклада факторов рабочей среды в формирование индивидуального канцерогенного риска (ICR) для работников основных профессий на вагоноремонтном предприятии, включая оценку прогнозных величин профессиональных рисков в динамике стажа.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен расчет уровней ICR для работников основных профессий в вагоноколесном, вагонокузовном и вагоносборочном цехах. Оценка экспозиции для работников дана по многолетним среднесменным концентрациям в воздухе рабочей зоны и по среднегодовым концентрациям в атмосферном воздухе. При расчете доз токсикантов в воздухе рабочей зоны использовались «стандартные» параметры легочной вентиляции для взрослого человека, массы тела, стаж работы в контакте с канцерогенными веществами — от 1 до 30 лет, количество дней в контакте — 240, продолжительность рабочего времени — 8 ч (в соответствии с продолжительностью рабочего дня).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У работников основных профессий канцерогеноопасного предприятия уровни ICR различаются в десятки раз. Расчет ICR при 30-летнем стаже работы показал, что во всех изученных основных и вспомогательных профессиях суммарный ICR находился в 4-м диапазоне (более 1,0·10–3). Неприемлемые значения для прогнозного ICR для профессий «маляр», «слесарь-электрик», «пропитчик», «слесарь подвижного состава» начинаются с 5-летнего стажа работы, наименее канцерогеноопасной является работа лудильщика, у которого величина риска достигает неприемлемого уровня после 20 лет стажа. К числу наиболее опасных следует отнести рабочие места вагоносборочного цеха. По вкладу в ICR ведущими канцерогенами являются бензол, никель, формальдегид.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: Рассмотрены проблемы мониторинга канцерогенов в условиях производства, экспертные оценки для доказательств профессионального генеза злокачественных новообразований; отмечено, что ранговый ряд канцерогеноопасных профессий вагоноремонтного производства выглядит следующим образом: маляр, слесарь-электрик, пропитчик, слесарь подвижного состава.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Part of the population working at carcinogenic enterprises is exposed to double exposure to carcinogens (in industrial and domestic conditions), however, studies to assess the total inhalation exposure is practically not carried out.</p><p>The aim of the study is hygienic assessment of the contribution of working environment factors to the formation of individual carcinogenic risk (ICR) for workers in the main professions in the car repair company, including the assessment of the predicted values of occupational risks in the dynamics of work experience.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. There was the calculation of the levels of ICR for workers of the main professions in the wagon wheel, wagon meintenance, wagon assembly workshops. The assessment of exposure for workers is given on long-term average concentrations in the air of the working area and on average annual concentrations in the atmospheric air. When calculating the doses of toxicants in the air of the working area, «standard» parameters of pulmonary ventilation for an adult, body weight, work experience in contact with carcinogenic substances — from 1 to 30 years, the number of days in contact — 240, working time — 8 hours (in accordance with the duration of the working day) were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Workers of major occupations carcinogenic enterprise levels ICR differ in dozens of times. Calculation of ICR at 30-year work experience showed that in all studied main and auxiliary professions the total ICR was in the 4th range (more than 1,0·10–3). Unacceptable values for the predicted ICR for the professions of «painter», «locksmith-electrician», «impregnator», «mechanic of rolling stock» begin with a 5-year work experience, the least carcinogenic is the work of a tinker, whose risk reaches an unacceptable level after 20 years of the work experience. Among the most dangerous jobs should be attributed to the wagon assembly workshop.
