Интегрированный подход к сохранению профессионального здоровья основан на комплексном учете условий труда (факторов рабочей среды и трудового процесса, а также психосоциальных факторов) в сочетании с оценкой состояния здоровья и организационной практикой работодателя, координирующей вопросы охраны труда и укрепления здоровья работников предприятия электровозостроения. На основании интегрированного подхода возможна разработка комплексной профилактической программы, включающей охрану труда, здоровье работника и благополучие на рабочем месте.

Integrated approach to occupational health preservation is based on complex consideration of work conditions (factors of working environment and working process, and psycho-social factors) wiThevaluation of health state and management practice of employer, coordinating topics of work safety and health preservation for workers engaged into electric locomotive construction plant. Based on integrated approach, there is a possibility to specify complex preventive program including work safety, worker health and well-being at workplace.
