Работающие в условиях физического перенапряжения женщины, подвергаются профессиональным рискам с развитием дисфункции со стороны многих систем гомеостаза. Выдвинута гипотеза об ассоциации дисбаланса маркеров дисфункции эндотелия со структурным ремоделированием матрикса хряща как доказательством наличия дегенеративных изменений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers mechanisms of development and progression of osteoarthrosis as an occupationally conditioned disease in women of manual work. Women working in physical overstrain conditions are under occupational risk with dysfunction of many body systems.
