Представлена организация стационарной медицинской помощи и структура эндокринной патологии среди работников ведомства МВД. Приведено клиническое наблюдение аутоиммунного полигландулярного синдрома 2 типа, манифестировавшего болезнью Грейвса в сочетании с эндокринной офтальмопатией и последующим развитием первичного гипотиреоза и надпочечниковой недостаточности.

The article covers organization of stationary medical care and structure of endocrinologic disorders among Internal Affairs officers. The authors presented clinical observation of II type autoimmune polyglandular syndrome manifesting in Graves' disease with endocrine ophthalmopathy and subsequent development of primary hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency.
